The Sailing Club Of Ioannina, Ioannina, Greece (J. The.I.) organizing this year, for the first time in… Continent, race open sea for vessels of classes ORCi, ORC Club, IRC and Cruising. The race bears the name “KLEOPATRA 2016”. The match will be day and there will be 2 races: The first will start on Saturday, 25th June, at 12.30, outside the port of Lygia Preveza, ending the Gaios Paxos, and the second will start on Sunday 26 June, at 10.30 outside the Gaios Paxos, and will finish out of the port of Lygia of Preveza. The total route would be 36 nautical miles. The race is expected to join offshore vessels of the power of the I.The. Ioannina and other Groups of the area of the Ionian sea. The results of the race will be announced after the finish of the last participant vessel on Sunday, so will be the awarding of the prizes.
