Flash Floods Hit Mykonos: Over 71mm of Rainfall Recorded

A severe weather system that hit the country caused heavy rains and storms in the Cyclades, with Mykonos receiving a significant amount of water. According to meteo data, 71.6 mm of rain was recorded, with 65 mm falling within just two hours between 17:10 and 19:10 on Monday (31/03/2025). The metro map records the eight areas that received the most rainfall. Mykonos leads with 71.6 mm, followed by Thasos with 54 mm, Amphikleia with 42.4 mm, and Tinos with 38 mm. Paros received 36.6 mm, Skopelos 34.6 mm, Koromilia Fthiotida 33 mm, and Kofi Magnesias 30.6 mm.
