The recording of the damages caused by the fires of the previous days started this morning, Monday 9 August.
Special units of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport carry out autopsies in the Municipalities of Acharnes (Varybombi, Thrakomakedones), Oropou (Afidnes, Hippocrates State, Drosopi), Kifissia (Adames), Dionysos (Kryoneri), Lokron (Ma).
The goal, according to an announcement by the ministry, is to complete the registration as soon as possible, in order to immediately start the process of compensating the victims.
As it is not emphasized, the restoration of the affected citizens and the infrastructure is a political priority of the government, as promised by Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis.
