Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis goes to the Joint Operations Coordination Center of the Fire Brigade, in Chalandri in order to attend the planning for the response to the big fire that is burning in Varybobi.
At the same time, five citizens have been trapped in Thrakomakedones, after the order to evacuate the area, due to the large fire that broke out at noon in Varybobi.
The Fire Service is trying to erect a wall of ground and air forces in order to avert the worst as everyone is afraid of the fire front entering the urban fabric, in Varybobi and Thrakomakedones who are also to be evacuated.
