An alarming start marked the morning of Monday (May 19, 2025), in Maroussi, as a fire broke out. According to the Fire Brigade, the blaze ignited near the Racecourse in Maroussi. Fourteen vehicles with 30 firefighters are on site attempting to control the situation. Simultaneously, it was revealed that the fire is consuming waste and rubber in the area.
