Revivals are taking place in areas of Gortynia, as the Deputy Regional Governor of Arcadia, Christos Lambropoulos, told the Athenian-Macedonian News Agency.
In fact, as he stressed, “the most important revival has taken place in the area of Livadaki, where there is very dense vegetation and the air means will immediately attempt”.
As for whether residential areas are in danger, the deputy governor said that “the settlement of Livadaki has already been evacuated for precautionary reasons”.
There have also been fires in the areas of Toumpitsi, Dafni, and Kapelitsa, which are being dealt with by the fire brigade.
Regarding the second front, in the area of Megalopolis, Christos Lambropoulos stated that “the image of fire is better today”.
