A fire broke out in a city bus in Volos, prompting the immediate response of firefighting units to the scene. The incident occurred on a bus traveling along Leoforos Larisis, near the Athens roundabout in the center of Volos. Fortunately, all passengers managed to disembark safely before the flames spread, and no injuries were reported. Five water tankers and ten firefighters are currently at the location working to extinguish the blaze, with additional support requested from the Volos Industrial Area Fire Department. Traffic in the area has been halted, with police officers managing vehicle movement around the scene.
