Fire at EYDAP Facility in Holargos Damages Six Vehicles

The early hours of Friday (28.03.25) saw an unexpected fire break out at an EYDAP facility in Holargos, causing significant disruption and requiring a swift response from the Fire Department. The incident occurred at around 4:30 AM under currently unknown circumstances at the EYDAP workshop located at Anastaseos Street’s terminus. A team of 12 firefighters, supported by four vehicles, successfully extinguished the blaze. According to initial reports from ERT, the flames caused material damage to six vehicles parked at the site. There are indications that the fire may have been arson-related. An investigation into the cause of the fire is currently underway.
