Fighter jets will conduct aerial passes over the Attica region today, June 26, 2026, at approximately 10:00 a.m., as part of a scheduled training exercise. The flights are linked to the swearing-in ceremony of newly commissioned second lieutenants from the Hellenic Air Force Academy — known as the Icarus School — held in Attica.
The Hellenic Air Force issued the announcement to inform the public and prevent concern or alarm caused by the sound or sight of the aircraft.
