“Festive songs from around the world”

An excellent new year’s eve concert will have the opportunity to attend the music loving audience of Farsala on Monday, 2 January at 7.30 in the evening in the …Cultural Center of the city.
This is a special music show with hymns and melodies of the Christmas holidays and new year’s eve and not only. A glamorous musical journey in many countries in the world with favorite music from the renaissance era up to the modern musicals to a more modern look and festive sound, which will be presented in solo and duos with a modern style and a festive treatment by four musicians. A versatile musical group that was formed in 2010 and consisting of talented musicians with a successful track record in the area.
These are: Constantine Μάτης, a graduate of the music university of Munich, professor of piano, higher theoretical and conductor of choirs, Maria Ρουκά, soprano, with successful participations in various performances of opera and musicals, teacher voice and modern singing at the Municipal Conservatory of Larissa, Asterios Τσέτσιλας, a tenor with a distinguished partnerships in the Music Hall of Thessaloniki and participations in major roles in operas and musicals, professor of voice and voice and Chris Καλαμπούκας professor of guitar at conservatories and music schools of Thessaly.
Pleasant surprise of the evening will be the participation of the children’s department of the Municipal Choir of Farsala. Forty-five children choristers will join the angelic voices to send music the joyful message of the coming of Christ and the new year.
The concert is organized by the Cultural Organization of Social Protection Solidarity (ΟΠΑΚΠΑ) Municipality of Farsala, in the context of the christmas events of the municipality.
