With a big shot in the finale, Tyler Dorsey “cleaned” the game for the former team, the one and the 73–70 win, he gave the Piraeus the trophy at the friendly tournament in Crete. Olympiacos had the lead in most of the race, but Fenerbahce reacted in the fourth quarter and reached the overthrow. A basket of Vezenkov, however, brought the match straight and allowed Tyler Dorsey to “sign” the prevalence of Bartzokas’ team, with a decisive three pointer. The Pirates had off mission McKishik, Fal and Milutinov, but with Vezenkov and Dorsey succeeding from 15 points and Wright making another good appearance in the friendly, they managed to “shake” the Turkish team. They thus reached 2/2 in Crete and celebrated the conquest of the trophy, in the first possible friendly tournament of the season.
