EYDAP: Passes 11.33% of the share capital

According to the Ministry of Finance, 11.33% of its share capital was spent in the Super Fund. It is noted that the total share capital and voting rights of EYDP controlled by the State does not change, remains at 61.33%. TRANSPARENCY ‘According to the relevant notification by the Ministry of National Economy and Finance from 20/01/2025, the total percentage of voting rights (indirectly and directly) controlled by the Greek State is 65,319,740 (61,33%) of which direct voting rights relate to 53,250.001 common nominal shares (50% +1 share) and indirect voting rights relate to 12,069,739 (11,33%) common nominal shares. EYDAP S.A., pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/30.4.2007, proceeds to the following notification concerning the merger by absorbing the company ‘Private Assets of Public S.A.’, which held directly 11.33% of the share capital and voting rights of EYDAP, from the company ‘HELLENIC COMPANY OF INTERESTS AND OF AGRICULTURAL S.A.’, in accordance with Articles 188a and 188b of Law 4389/2016, as added by Articles 5 and 6 of Law 5131/2024 (FEK First 128/02-08-2024), the provisions of Law 4601/2019 as applicable, and the 23-12-2024 merger agreement (G.E. B’ 7093/24-12-2024), which was registered in the General Commercial Register (G.E. NO) 31-12-2024. CORVERSE Following the merger, the percentage of 11.33% of the share capital and voting rights of EYDAP directly owned by the public limited company under the name ‘PRECIATION FUND OF PUBLIC S.A. “ ( T.A. I.P. D.) came on 31-12-2024 to the company under the name “Hellenic Company of Shares and Property SA”. The Greek State is the sole shareholder (100%) of the Greek Company of Shares and Property S.A., which until 31-12-2024 was the sole shareholder (100%) of the company “Private Property Development Fund of the Public S.A.”, which held directly 11.33% of the share capital and voting rights of EYDAP. The total share capital and voting rights (directly and indirectly) of EYDAP controlled by the Greek State (61.33%) are not altered. “
