The Athens Metro will extend its operating hours today, Wednesday (June 25), to facilitate the movement of attendees celebrating the 100th anniversary of Mikis Theodorakis’ birth at Kallimarmaro Stadium. Due to the concert, the final runs on all three metro lines will be adjusted as follows: On Lines 2 and 3, the last trains will depart from Syntagma Station towards all directions at 01:20 AM. From terminal and intermediate stations, the schedule is as follows: from Anthoupoli to Elliniko at 01:03 AM, from Elliniko to Anthoupoli at 01:00 AM, from Omonia to Elliniko at 01:14 AM, from Omonia to Anthoupoli at 01:23 AM, from Dimotiko Theatre to D. Plakentias at 00:55 AM, from D. Plakentias to Dimotiko Theatre at 00:57 AM, from Monastiraki to D. Plakentias at 01:16 AM, and from Monastiraki to Dimotiko Theatre at 01:22 AM. Additionally, the final runs on Line 1 (ISAP) will operate as follows: from Piraeus to Kifissia at 01:10 AM, from Kifissia to Piraeus at 01:10 AM, from Omonia to Kifissia at 01:29 AM, from Omonia to Piraeus at 01:42 AM, from Monastiraki to Kifissia at 01:26 AM, and from Monastiraki to Piraeus at 01:44 AM.
