Exarchia: Molotov Attack on Police Officers Overnight

Tension prevailed during the overnight hours of Sunday (06.04.25) in Exarchia, where unknown groups attacked police officers with Molotov cocktails, stones, and bottles. According to the police, at 00:35, a group of about 20 individuals attacked a MAT unit with Molotov bombs at Exarchia Square. Later, around 10 people assaulted police forces with stones and bottles near the intersection of Kolleti and Themistocleous streets. As reported by ELAS, no injuries or damages were recorded from the attack, and 11 individuals were detained but later released.
