Evros: Arrested at the border of a man against whom a European arrest warrant for fraud had been issued

The Greek authorities handcuffed the alien who tried to enter the country. At his expense he was extradited for the offence of fraud. He was arrested on Friday (07-06-2024) in the afternoon, at the Evros Gardens Border Point by police of the Department of Passport Garden Control of the Alexandroupolis Police Directorate, an alien, who is being prosecuted with a European Arrest Warrant of the Authorities of Germany for the offence of fraud. In particular, the perpetrator reached this point in order to enter our country, where it was found that the above European Arrest Warrant has been issued against him. The arrester will be taken to the competent prosecutor.
