Everything shows that Mrs Spyraki has obtained Mr Mitsotakis’ positive response to be a candidate for the European elections. In Bucharest where the European People’s Party meets in view of the European elections, which will take place on 9 June, there is Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, as well as Maria Spyraki. According to MEGA journalist Christina Korais, Kyriakos Mitsotakis had a meeting with the MEP. I was asked, even by Christina Korai, whether she will be a candidate for the European elections again, Maria Spyraki replied that, “I am doing my job, the decision is the Prime Minister’s”. Thus, according to the journalist’s report, it appears that Maria Spyraki, seems to have taken the “green light” from Mr. Mitsotakis to re-establish her nomination for the European Parliament.
