Eudoxus System: Student Applications Begin Today – What You Need to Know

in

Starting today, Thursday (March 20, 2025), through the Eudoxus system, students can submit their textbook declarations for the spring semester of the academic year 2024-2025. However, it’s important to note that each department’s office has the authority to set a later start date or an earlier deadline for textbook declarations, so students should adhere to the specific deadlines set by their respective offices. According to the official circular from the Ministry of Education, students at Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs) and Higher Ecclesiastical Schools (HESs) have until Friday, May 9, 2025, to electronically submit their declarations. Concurrently, the distribution of textbooks begins today and will be completed by Friday, May 23, 2025. By this date, publishers must also deliver all ordered textbooks to the libraries. The same deadline applies to libraries submitting procurement applications. The Ministry emphasizes that publishers must ensure smooth textbook distribution and immediate shipment to distribution points via the Eudoxus information system. Through the Eudoxus Central Information System, students can review and update personal details, create or modify textbook declarations during the declaration period, check delivery methods and unique codes for collecting textbooks during the collection period, view past declarations, participate in book exchanges, accumulate and redeem credit units for additional books, review frequently asked questions, and contact the Eudoxus Support Office.
