EUAth Doubles Dividend Distribution for Last Year Compared to 2023

The board of directors of EUAth (Hellenic Telecommunications Company) decided during today’s annual general meeting (May 22, 2025) to distribute a dividend of €0.055 per share for the previous year, doubling the amount distributed in 2023. The record date is set for July 1, 2025. Agis Papadopoulos, the company’s chairman, emphasized at the general meeting that EUAth maintains stability and robustness amid significant changes in the broader business environment. “Artificial intelligence, energy restructuring, and operation-driven sustainability have been integrated into our ecosystem, minimizing uncertainties about the future,” he noted. Anthimos Amanatidis, the executive advisor of the North Greek company, highlighted that their economic recovery is linked to prioritizing ESG criteria, ensuring a more efficient risk management mechanism and long-term resilience. The company’s statement revealed that the annual general meeting approved the management report of the board of directors, consolidated financial statements, as well as the independent auditor’s report for the year 2024. It also endorsed the overall management of the board of directors, absolved auditors from any liability regarding the previous administrative period, and confirmed the compensation paid to board members in 2024. Furthermore, it ratified the audit committee’s proposal for appointing an auditing firm for the 2025 fiscal year, approving its fees and granting permission to board members and executives to participate in other related group companies’ boards, in compliance with International Accounting Standard 24.
