Establishment and operation of private liquid and gaseous fuel stations to strengthen the vehicles of the municipalities and MMMs

With the Joint Decision of the Undersecretaries of Infrastructure and Transport, Interior, Environment & Energy, Climate Crisis & Civil Protection, the new institutional framework was established setting out the terms and conditions for the establishment and operation of the established facilities for liquid and gaseous fuels (private). These are stations serving the public transport of the Anonymous Road Transport Company (OSY S.A.), and the vehicles of the Local Government Organizations (OTA) and their businesses. The new institutional framework aims to establish a more efficient and sustainable infrastructure for public transport and OTA vehicles and is a key pillar of the strategy to upgrade public transport and facilitate local government vehicles, as well as to improve energy efficiency. With the development of modern and safe fuel facilities, quality services are ensured for citizens, while environmental responsibility is enhanced and high levels of safety are ensured.
