According to The Telegraph, Ferguson sent Epstein congratulations on the birth of a ‘boy’ shortly after his 2011 release from prison. In the 15-year-old message—sent via BlackBerry Messenger—she wrote: ‘I don’t know if you’re still on this BBM, but I heard from the Duke that you’ve had a boy… I’m here with love, friendship and congratulations for your baby.’ The ‘Duke’ is widely believed to refer to her ex-husband, Prince Andrew. This email is among 3 million documents, 180,000 images, and 2,000 videos released by the U.S. Department of Justice on January 30, 2026. Ferguson appears multiple times in the files, including references to VIP tours she arranged for Epstein and his associates at Buckingham Palace. The documents also show Prince Andrew maintained contact with Epstein until at least 2017—contradicting his prior public claim of severed ties.
