Episode in the House: What are the rules and why they drove the Members of the Golden Dawn?

Sexy verbal expressions and misconduct, according to parliamentary sources, shown by the members of the Golden Dawn…
the Committee of Defence of Parliament, which shall inform the minister of Defence Panos Kammenos, behind closed doors, for the current developments in immigration, refugee and engagement of NATO, with the result that expelled from the meeting.
The members of the Golden Dawn, Christos Pappas and Ilias Kasidiaris, according to the same sources, attacked with harsh words against both the Defence minister and the military chiefs who participated in the meeting, calling them among other “traitors” and “filipino”, while at the same time they were taping the episodes.
Immediate was the reaction of members of all parties that have requested their elimination. However, the members of the Golden Dawn refused to leave.
This attitude had, as a result, the president of the Greek Parliament Nikos Βούτσης after the unanimous decision of all parties to activate article 81 of the regulation of the Chamber for the forced expulsion from the meeting.
Finally, in the presence of the warden of the House, delivered in writing the decision of the Committee and so they were forced to leave.
What it says in the article 81 of the House
Article 81: a Temporary exclusion from the meetings
1. Temporary exclusion from sittings is enforced to the Mp that:
(a) continues the unlawful or improper behavior, even if it was against the censure for unparliamentary behaviour·
(b) imposes or attempts to impose, with violence or threat of violence in the House or in the state of the action or failure to act, which dates back to the mission and
(c) obstructs with intent and with any way the free and effortless conducting of the vote.
2. Immediately after committing one of the offences of the previous paragraph, the President may order the immediate removal of the person who caused or to invite him to give an explanation and, if it considers them inadequate, order his removal.
3. H House, in the next by the removal of a Member meeting, then a proposal of the Chairman or of one-twentieth (1/20) of the whole number of Members of parliament to extend the exclusion of the responsible Member from the meetings of the House up to fifteen days. The relative decision shall be taken by show, after having heard one of them in favour of the proposal, one against, and the responsible Member, each for ten (10) minutes.
4. O exclusion of a Member from the meetings of the House entails ipso jure: a) the deprivation of the right of a Member to participate in the meetings of the Plenary, of the recess Section of the Parliament and of Committees of the House for as long as the blockade and (b) the passage of one second (1/2) of the monthly parliamentary allowances.
5. O Mp at which was imposed the disciplinary penalty of exclusion from the meetings of the Parliament shall be entitled to participate only in the roll-call and secret votes. After carrying out the leaves immediately from the room of the meeting.
6. The President of the Parliament gives the necessary orders for the execution of the decisions referred to in paragraphs 2 and 3 with all the means it deems appropriate.
