As of 1 January 2025, the possibility of planning an appointment with his contracted doctors through the ICU was put into effect. The EEAS initiative aims to improve access for beneficiaries to health services and to enhance transparency in the management of a medical appointment. CORVERSE Beneficiary citizens or patients can now plan their appointments through the gov.gr platform, choosing the section “Electronic medical appointments”. The entry is with the Taxisnet or ARF codes. After confirming their AMKA, users choose “New Dating”, specifying the Prefecture, the specialty and the desired doctor from the contract list. Doctors manage their program through the e-prescription.gr portal. There they set the available appointment intervals, with a minimum programming period of 60 days. CORVERSE The instructions are provided by HEDIKA, while availability appears to the beneficiaries as soon as the program is activated. EEAY: New medical compensation procedure The compensation of contracted doctors is now directly linked to the completion of appointments. Through the interface (WS) ENTRY-EOPY, executed appointments are automatically transferred. As of 1 January, the limit of 200 visits per month relates exclusively to appointments planned electronically. Doctors continue to submit the physical log of visits, but no longer a manual entry is required in the EDPY. The data of the executed appointments are automatically transferred, while doctors only add the tax documents before finalization. Furthermore, deletion or manual modification of visits is not possible, as the process is automatically carried out by the application of appointments, ensuring integrity and accuracy in data.
