Elisavet Spanou: ‘There is contact, we are simply parents living apart’

Singer Elisavet Spanou revealed in an interview on Super Katerina that her relationship with the father of her child was a long-distance one which proved impractical for raising their child. During her appearance on Tuesday, March 18th, she discussed the challenges of single parenthood and how motherhood has transformed her life. “Certainly, there are negatives and difficulties in raising a child alone. Perhaps later, without the father’s presence, it may lead to issues,” she began. Elisavet further explained, “My life changed drastically, and every night when I lie down at home, I marvel at how much love and blessings can fit into one room. You realize what truly matters once you have a child.” She added, “Like many couples, our relationship was long-distance, and we realized it wouldn’t work practically concerning the child. Unfortunately, we came to this realization when I was pregnant. The tough part was that I went through the pregnancy alone. There is contact and support; we are parents living separately. It happens.
