To solve the problems as soon as possible so that the system is functioning again normally within the next few hours , the body of the Ministry of Digital Governance refers. Just one day after the reactions of the medical world to the problems of malfunctioning the new electronic prescription platform, today, Tuesday (2.01.2025) the ICU issued a communication on the “delays” and “disfunctions” presented by the upgraded system. ADVERSE “THE ODICA S.A., a body of the Ministry of Digital Governance put in operation yesterday Monday 20/1/2025, the new, upgraded electronic prescription system, after a two-month period of operation of both the old and the new system, along with relevant updates and meetings with the medical associations of the country. Unfortunately from its early hours of operation, the new system has presented delays and malfunctions, thus failing to serve all the recipes. HEDICAL S.A. as well as contractors OTE S.A. and Byte Computer A.B. Hey. Hey. are in complete cooperation to remedy the problem. CORVERSE We recognise the inconvenience and point out that it is due to technical issues which until yesterday could not be foreseen, as the trial period has gone smoothly. We are working so that the problems are resolved as soon as possible and that the prescription system is functioning again normally within the next few hours.”
