ElectricianPass: New Certification Service for Electrical Installations by DEH

With customer needs at the forefront, DEH introduces a new service that makes obtaining an Installation Responsible Declaration (IRD) easy, secure, and reliable. The IRD certifies that every electrical installation of a property is suitable and safe for use. It must be issued for any property in cases of electrical system interventions and renewed as required by law. Through the ElectricianPass service, DEH provides the ability to issue IRDs via a certified team of electricians. The process is fully managed without requiring any effort from customers, is simple and fast, allowing them to schedule appointments based on their availability. Payment can be made flexibly, either in installments or as a one-time payment. ElectricianPass is available to both residential and professional DEH customers for properties with supplies up to 35kVA and offers almost nationwide coverage. Interested parties can visit one of DEH’s 124 stores across Greece or call the free 24/7 DEH contact center at 800-900-1000 for residential customers and 800-500-7000 for business customers.
