ELECTOR has signed with PPC for the construction of a SITHYA plant

The , went on to sign with the contract “Study, supply, installation, testing and placing in service with the key in hand (EPC/turn-key project) High Performance Cogeneration and Heat Unit (STHYA) with internal combustion engines (NGI) of natural gas, produced with useful thermal power ≥ 65MWth at the premises of the heart AIS”. As ELECTOR CEO Nikolaos Stathakis said regarding the signing of a contract with PPC: “This project, it is of great importance for the region of D. Macedonia as it will ensure the seamless supply of the district heating network with heat in the post-linn period”. CORVERSE The construction budget of the project amounts to EUR 65,6 million (excluding VAT), while the contractual construction and testing duration is 22 months, from the date of signature of the Convention. The conventional object includes the long-term maintenance of the main equipment lasting 8 years. The unit consists of seventeen (17) Internal combustion engines with a total electric power of 76,262 kWe and a total thermal power of 66,391 kWth for its interconnection with the single Western Macedonia heating system.
