EL.A. on the penalties of police officers after the murder in the Aghios Anargyros: The disciplinary procedure is independent and independent.

The Hellenic Police Headquarters has issued an announcement on disciplinary penalties against the police involved in the 28-year-old Sunday outside the Department. Following the necessary actions the case-file was submitted to the D.A. on 6 December 2024, where the investigation of criminal offences by the police involved is pending. At the same time, with the EDE which had been ordered in the first place, following the opinion of the Citizen’s Counsel, the police were referred to the Primary Disciplinary Council of officers of Athens, with the question of imposing the sentence of dismissal. The competent disciplinary court first imposed, in its independent judgment, on purely disciplinary offences of a holiday by firing three police officers and fines on a police officer, while at the hearing to a second degree the three police officers were re-imposed on holiday sentences with a longer-term dismissal. It is noted that, the supervisor and purpose of the police shop no longer serve in the Greek Police, namely the first due to retirement and the second due to dismissal for earlier misconduct. In fact, the above decision of the Secondary Disciplinary Court, for the first time by decision of the Minister for Citizen Protection, will be forwarded to the National Authority.
