EL.A. burned over a ton of drugs.

The destruction by burning 211 parcels progressed me on Friday (22/11/2024) the statutory competent Commission, as announced by its Headquarters . According to ELAS these are drugs, which had been seized by the Narcotics Department of the Directorate for Combating Organized Crime and other security services. In particular, they were destroyed: -396 kg and 448.7 grams of cocaine, -3 kg and 302 grams of heroin, -585 kg and 44.7 grams of raw cannabis, -32 kg and 294.5 grams of processed cannabis, -37 kg and 135.4 grams of methamphetamine, -2.330 hemp trees and -474.2 grams of MDMA As noted by ELAS, the disaster was carried out in accordance with the planned procedure and in an appropriate place, while this action is part of the ongoing effort to combat drug trafficking with a view to protecting public health and strengthening citizens’ sense of security.
