EKO Rally Acropolis: Traffic regulations that will apply in the national territory

Known by the traffic regulations that will apply to the A.T.A. ( Athens – Thessaloniki – Evzones ) , with a view to the smooth operation of the «» , at the Motor Service Station (AIA) Malakasas « Sirios». New Street informs drivers that from Friday morning 06.09.2024 until noon on Sunday 08.09.2024 traffic arrangements will be in place at the A.T.E. with a view to the smooth operation of the ‘EKO Acropolis Rally’ at the Motor Service Station (SA) Malakasa ‘Sirius’. The arrangements will be implemented in four(4) phases analysed as follows: Phase 1 – Friday 06.09.2024, starting 08:00 completion 18:00 • Blocking left lane traffic from 44.6th km to 48.8th km, in direction to Lamia. • Blocking the left lane from 50.35th km to 45.6th km, towards Athens. Vehicle traffic will be served by the right and middle lane in each direction. 2nd Phase – Saturday 07.09.2024, start 07:00 completion 12:00 Additional exclusions: • The middle lane from 44.6th km to 48th km, in the direction to Lamia. • The middle lane from 50.35th km to 45.6th km, in the direction to Athens. • Remove the metal breast of the Springs of Emergency (A.E.A.) at 45, 8th km and 48.65th km. Traffic will be served by the right lane in each direction. Phase 3: Saturday 07.09.2024, launch 12:00 completion 18:00 • Distortion of traffic in the direction of Athens, through the Open of Emergency (A.E.A.) of the central island at 48.65th km, in the opposite traffic current (left lane of traffic to Lamia). • Restore traffic to Athens to the current to Athens through the Open of Emergency (A.E.A.) of the central island at 45.8 km. • Block the entry lane towards the Motor Service Station (S.E.A.) in the direction to Lamia. • Exclusion of Lorida Emergency (L.E.A.) from 48.95th km to 48.76th km, heading towards Athens. The traffic of the vehicles will be served through the right lane of current to Lamia, in the direction to Lamia and through the left lane of traffic to Lamia (in opposite direction), in the direction to Athens. The current will therefore be simulated to Lamia. On Saturday 07.09.2024 from 24:00 at night and after the end of the events of the athletic event, work will begin to remove traffic arrangements and gradually return to the traffic of the excluded sections of the A.T.E. It is estimated that Phase 4 will be completed on Sunday 08.09.2024 at 14:00 noon and will be attributed to the traffic of both traffic streams of the S.H.I.E. Highway as a whole. New Street has taken all necessary measures to ensure the safety and service of drivers, while relevant temporary markings in accordance with the relevant traffic decision will be placed in order to fully inform everyone.
