Efood’s strong revenue growth continued into 2025, with the company reporting a significant increase in its annual turnover. According to financial results filed on Thursday, 25 June 2026, with Greece’s General Commercial Registry (GEMH), efood’s turnover reached €280.5 million—up from €211 million in 2024, representing a 32.94% year-on-year rise.

Profit and Revenue Drivers

Pre-tax net profit stood at €27.2 million, down from €46.8 million in 2024. The revenue growth was primarily driven by higher order volumes through the efood platform, boosting commission income by €40.6 million compared to the previous year, according to Online Delivery—a subsidiary of the Delivery Hero Group.

Additional support came from advertising and promotional services offered to partner restaurants on the platform, contributing an extra €3.6 million in revenue versus 2024.

Dividend Proposal

The company’s board has proposed distributing a dividend of €20 million from the 2025 net profits. This proposal is subject to approval by the General Meeting of efood’s sole shareholder. Notably, efood had already distributed €22.7 million in dividends during 2025, drawn from the profits of the 2024 fiscal year, following approval at the Ordinary General Meeting held on 25 July 2025.
