The researchers gave 15 participants with high cholesterol levels in the blood, two handfuls of nuts with shell (85 g) or three tablespoons of walnut oil(51g)

Looked at the answers after 30 minutes, one hour, two hours, four hours and six hours.
The researchers found that from the very first consumption ÎºÎ±ÏÏ…Î´ÎÎ»Î±Î¹Î¿Ï… or peeled nuts has improved the health of blood vessels after four hours.
In other words, eating just two handfuls of nuts you can provide for yourself an almost instant protection from heart disease.
