Easy Trick to Quickly Clean Plastic Containers from Grease

As we store food, especially greasy dishes, in plastic containers, they tend to accumulate stains that are difficult to remove. Glass containers are more practical, safer, and easier to clean; however, if you use them to bring your meals to work, you might need to rely on plastic ones as well. Many suggest using a bleach solution for cleaning these containers, but it’s better to avoid this, especially when dealing with items used for food. TikTok user @adikempler reveals a trick to properly clean the container in less than a minute. Add a few drops of dish soap to the container, then fill it about one-third full with warm water. Cover the entire bottom of the container with paper towels and securely close the lid. Shake the container for approximately 45 seconds. When you open the container and rinse it, you’ll see that food residues and grease have disappeared. This hack has saved so many of my Tupperware friends. Try it!!!!
