The epicenter of the earthquake of 4.2 on the Richter scale was detected in the marine area 21 miles north of Naples Vies in the prefecture of Laconia, 155 miles south – southwest of Athens, as stated in the notice of Î“ÎµÏ‰Î´Ï…Î½Î±Î¼Î¹ÎºÎ¿Ï Institute of the National Observatory of Athens on behalf of the four agencies establishment of the National Seismological Network.
