Massive departure from the port of Santorini after the constants in the last 24 hours are recorded in the last hours with residents particularly concerned. CORVERSE The strongest recorded was today and was a 4.9-degree intensity of the Richter scale, with 112 ringing on the residents’ mobile phones, both the three islands and Anafi. Closed schools in Santorini, Anafi, Ios and Amorgos until Friday At a joint meeting of the Seismic Risk Assessment and Monitoring Committees of the Greek Volcanic Arc of OASP, in the presence of Climate Crisis and Civil Protection Minister Vasilis Kikilia it was decided that schools should stay closed until Friday in Thira, Anafi, Ios and Amorgos. Citizens should also avoid large meetings within buildings, avoid approach to abandoned buildings, avoid access to and stay in the ports of Ammoudi, Armeni, Korfu and Old Port Fira, empty the pools, immediately remove from coastal areas, in case of a strong seismic vibration.
