The Greek Ministry of Labour announced today (24 July 2026) the payment schedule for disbursements from e-EFKA and the Public Employment Service (DYPA) between 27 and 31 July 2026. A total of €2.49 billion will be distributed to over 4.3 million beneficiaries as part of scheduled payments.
e-EFKA Payments
On 28 July, €1.32 billion will be paid to 2.62 million beneficiaries for August 2026 main and supplementary pensions.
On 30 July, €1.11 billion will go to 1.66 million beneficiaries for August 2026 main and supplementary pensions.
Also on 30 July, €2.8 million will be disbursed to 7,600 beneficiaries as advance pension payments under Law 4778/2021 for August 2026.
Between 27 and 31 July, €14.5 million will be paid to 650 beneficiaries following the issuance of lump-sum payment decisions.
On 29 July, €1.8 million will be refunded to 498 beneficiaries — employed pensioners who had overpaid contributions to e-EFKA in 2024 and 2025.
DYPA Payments
DYPA will distribute €16 million to 26,000 beneficiaries for unemployment and other related benefits.
An additional €1 million will support 1,500 mothers receiving subsidized maternity leave benefits.
€20 million will be allocated to 19,000 beneficiaries participating in subsidized employment programmes.
Finally, €700,000 will be paid to 80 implementing bodies for social-purpose programme contributions.
