Drug Dealers Arrested in Acharnes; Customer Found with Boiled Cocaine and Heroin

Two men, aged 46 and 59, were arrested in Acharnes, Attica, for drug trafficking. Authorities are still searching for a 27-year-old suspected accomplice. Investigations revealed the 46-year-old and the 27-year-old operated a widespread narcotics distribution network across Acharnes, offering various substances—including boiled cocaine and heroin. The operation culminated on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, when the 59-year-old was apprehended in Ano Liosia carrying homemade paper packages containing 0.8 grams of heroin and 0.2 grams of boiled cocaine. He had reportedly purchased the drugs minutes earlier from the other two suspects for €20. To evade detection, the group installed a sophisticated surveillance system comprising seven security cameras and audio-video recording equipment. Both arrested individuals have prior convictions for similar offenses. Seized items include heroin (0.8 g), boiled cocaine (0.2 g), €4,037 in cash, and a mobile phone. The suspects will be brought before the competent prosecutor.
