Donald Trump promises the U.S. will “come out” from the war in Ukraine

The former president said that the US should be disengaged from the war in and promised that it would “end it”. In fact Donald Trump argued that Democratic candidate for the Kamala Harris presidency and outgoing president Joe Biden have no plan to achieve the breakout from Okrenia. “Biden and Kamala put us in this war in Ukraine and now they can’t get us out. They cannot take us out,” said the Republican candidate, in a speech in Georgia. The U.S. has not sent soldiers to Ukraine, but they provide Kiev with military and humanitarian aid worth several billion dollars. “I believe we will be stuck in this war, unless I am president. I’ll finish it. I’ll do it through negotiations, get disengaged. We need to get out of this. Biden says we’re not leaving until we win. What if they win,” Trump said in an election speech in Georgia.
