In a move reminiscent of a breakup, Donald Trump is looking to part ways with the Tesla Model S he purchased from Elon Musk. The iconic red vehicle, acquired with much fanfare on March 11, is now parked at the White House garage and was intended for staff use as Trump himself cannot drive due to strict security protocols. Trump reportedly spent around $100,000 on the Model S, which he bought to show support for Musk after his vehicles and charging stations became targets of far-left attacks. Additionally, Trump claims to have also purchased a CyberTruck for his granddaughter Kai, describing it as having the ‘best design.’ Meanwhile, Musk has criticized Trump’s tax reform proposal, calling it ‘annoying’ amidst pressure from Congress to send the legislation to the president by July 4. Musk condemned the bill’s cost, with the Congressional Budget Office predicting an increase in annual budget deficits by $2.4 trillion over the next decade.
