Donald Trump Complains: ‘I Ended So Many Wars and Won’t Get a Nobel Peace Prize’

While the Middle East continues to be engulfed in flames and the war in Ukraine persists, Donald Trump still believes he has achieved significant peace. In a post on Truth Social, Trump complains that despite ending yet another war, he won’t receive the Nobel Peace Prize! Specifically, in his Truth Social post, he highlights that on Monday (June 23, 2025), a “wonderful treaty” will be signed between the Democratic Republic of Congo and Rwanda regarding their conflict. ‘This is a great day for Africa and, honestly, a great day for the world!’ he said. He adds that he won’t receive a Nobel Peace Prize for stopping wars between India and Pakistan, Serbia and Kosovo, or maintaining peace between Egypt and Ethiopia due to a massive dam project funded by the U.S., which significantly reduces water flow to the Nile. Furthermore, he mentions the achievement of the Abraham Accords in the Middle East, which could potentially unite the region for the first time in centuries if more countries sign on. Despite these claims, Trump concludes by saying, ‘I won’t get a Nobel Peace Prize no matter what I do, even with Russia/Ukraine or Israel/Iran.’ However, what consoles him is that ‘the world knows, and that’s all that matters to me!’
