Doctor and former PASOK candidate sent election SMS violating NSA patient data

Specifically, two citizens who had been hospitalized in this hospital had received SMS to vote for him in the parliamentary elections of 2023. The… trick was uncovered when one of those who had been in surgery six years ago, but without the candidate having ever examined him, denounced the message he had received to the hospital administration. In a letter, he complained that the doctor concerned was illegally processing his personal data and even sensitive medical data. An Affidavit Administrative Examination was held. The complainant appealed to the Personal Character Data Protection Authority, which fined the doctor 15,000 euros.
