Professional Life” for 2016-2017. The Minister of Interior, mr ÎšÎ¿Ï…ÏÎ¿Ï…Î¼Ï€Î»Î®Ï‚, said the day before in the House, in reply to a parliamentary question on the subject: “I, I think it was a very useful and very creative dialogue and outcome of this dialogue was to go to a new system, more fair, more democratic, more social, more Î±Î½Ï„Î¹Î³ÏÎ±Ï†ÎµÎ¹Î¿ÎºÏÎ±Ï„Î¹ÎºÏŒ…”. The reality is not exactly so. The new system has not emerged, nor of the creative dialogue, nor was formed at the meetings with stakeholders. The new system was prepared by the Special Secretariat for Management of Sectoral E.E. the Ministry of Economy and just was presented to stakeholders at several meetings. To us it was presented to the inter-ministerial meeting of 14 June 2016 which was attended by the Ministries of Economy, Internal affairs and Labour, the EETAA, representatives of the Owners of Private Stations and the Î Î‘Î£Î•ÎšÎ”Î‘Î . There have been identified and highlighted to us the negatives of the new system and submitted proposals for correction of these. In K.Y.A. published yesterday, it does not contain any of the helpful suggestions to us while were retained provisions which will prove disastrous in the implementation of the new system. The “dialogue”, well, for the new system was actually done after they had taken all the decisions and had the form of information of the actors and no dialogue.
The 24th of June, a few hours before you published the.Y.A. started the dialogue for the individual elements that will be referred to in the Invitation.E.T.A.A. A.E. for parents which will follow and specifies what is laid down in K.Y.A.. participated In the meeting advisors of mr ÎšÎ¿Ï…ÏÎ¿Ï…Î¼Ï€Î»Î® and mr Balafas, the administration of the E.E.T.A.A. A.E., representatives from the KEDE, the Î•Î£Î‘ÎœÎ•Î‘, Owners of Private nurseries and the Î Î‘Î£Î•ÎšÎ”Î‘Î .. There even more organized, we re the disastrous consequences of the new system for Structures, parents and employees. Together we agreed the KEDE and the Î•Î£Î‘ÎœÎ•Î‘ but once again it seemed that our proposals have fallen on deaf ears with the dominant point of view on the part of competent thought, “let’s run the program for this year and fix glitches from the next period”. Our opinion is that since you hadn’t included our suggestions (or part thereof) in the text.Y.A. could some things even last time to fix the specificity of the K.Y.A. so at the Invitation of the program to parents.
To explain the damaging points identified, we will use what has been referred to the public D.T. of the responsible Ministries of Interior, Economy and Labour of 23 June entitled “MODERNISATION PROGRAMME “HARMONIZATION of FAMILY AND PROFESSIONAL LIFE”” explaining how everything is presented as a positive of the new system will actually create larger problems than it is supposed to solve.
