He moved to a newly rented apartment in Athens, completing the transfer of his belongings on Sunday morning, March 30, 2025. The modern minimalistic apartment boasts an impressive view, as seen from the videos he posted. On Friday, March 28, furniture from the living room was moved from his previous home where he lived with Ioanna Toune and their child in the northern suburbs. The new place has ample space for his son, Paris, who will primarily reside with his mother in Thessaloniki but will frequently visit his father in Athens. The former residence is now available for rent, with a real estate agency handling the search for a new tenant. Dimitris Alexandrou had previously requested through legal counsel that rumors about his personal life cease. A few days later, he made the move. In an insta story video on Friday (March 28), Alexandrou said, ‘Good morning. This is my last morning here in this little house. New beginnings, better things are coming because we deserve them.’
