Dimand is embarking on a new investment strategy with two major real estate projects totaling over €800 million in Gournes, Heraklion, Crete, and the Kampa Estate in Attica. According to Dimitris Andriopoulos, Managing Director, both projects are in advanced urban planning stages and construction is set to begin in 2026, with completion expected by 2031. In Gournes, Dimand has acquired 95,000 sqm of land for two hotels with sports facilities, including the potential for a casino as requested by the local community. Meanwhile, the Kampa Estate will host one of Greece’s largest mixed-use developments featuring hotels, residences, and commercial spaces. The company is also negotiating with international funds for new hotel developments in Fix and central Athens. Additionally, Dimand is focusing on social housing solutions and sustainable models. Key ongoing projects include the 3V project near the ‘G. Karaiskakis’ Stadium, renovations in Patissia, and developments in Piraeus, Votanikos, and Thessaloniki. These initiatives aim to reshape urban landscapes across Greece.
