By 2027, Dimand is expected to have delivered 13 projects currently in various stages of construction, design, or readiness. With the leadership of Dimitris Andriopoulos, the company plans to sign five new projects between 2028 and 2030, valued at over €1 billion. During an analyst briefing on April 7, 2025, Andriopoulos outlined the progress of ongoing projects. Notably, he announced potential exits from the Piraeus Tower and Minion due to intensive negotiations with prospective investors. The Piraeus Tower has three potential buyers, with 75% of its spaces already leased, though vacancies increased after Volkswagen’s withdrawal. Meanwhile, the Minion is set to officially open on April 10, following delays caused by Zara’s modifications. Work will also begin on the residential portion of Minion by late 2025. Another major development includes the Votanikos Business Park, utilizing former Softex property, featuring office spaces, retail units, and a large green area (15 stremmata). Additionally, Dimand secured construction permits for renovating the property at Korai Street 4 as part of a deal with Piraeus Bank. This building will house offices under LEED Gold certification standards. Discussions are ongoing with retailer Notos regarding the redevelopment of the former Lampropoulos department store corner. Furthermore, Dimand is leading urban planning efforts for the Aigaion textile factory site in Lavrio, targeting tourism and residential growth. Estimated at €200 million, this project aims to reshape Lavrio’s image by 2030, including marina expansion and cruise liner relocation.
