You love the sea, sun and… the sun lounger! Do you like to hang out with for hours on this, talking with your friends, reading your favorite book,…
enjoy the popsicle, listening to music, and much more.
But the exposure to the sun only in trouble it can get you (especially if you don’t wear a sunscreen with a high protection factor and if you don’t renew it regularly). If so, you’re in trouble and you got burned at the beach, then follow the tips below:
What you need to do
I mounted it immediately onto the skin compresses with cold water or a damp towel (for best results, take over in the towel 5-6 drops of lavender essential oil).
– Do you regularly shower with cool water. You will feel immediately better!
– The hydration of your body is too basic for faster recovery of your skin. Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
– Applied to those points that you have to burn specific soothing creams from aloe vera or hyaluronic acid, which will help in faster skin regeneration.
– Of course, don’t forget to apply it all over your body moisturizer fragrance-free, several times in a day.
– For immediate relief from pain and inflammation, you can take ½ aspirin.
What you need to avoid
– Don’t go out in the sun for the next few days.
– Don’t apply petroleum jelly or body butter to trouble spots.
– Don’t put toothpaste or yogurt. You’ll feel although immediate relief, but you won’t see any substantial result.
– Don’t apply oil on the burns.
– Don’t break possible blisters that will take, as well as the risk of infection is too great.
And… next time sunbathing in moderation and… plenty of sunscreen!
