The second cycle of the series of 8 episodes, with outstanding actors and coefficients, which won audiences and critics, is completed with the last four episodes, in a shocking finale, which gives a final solution to the custody adventure of little Eve, which is the connecting link that unites the heroes of the “Desolation country”. All episodes of the series, which she pinned down with her film aesthetics, the evocative atmosphere, the exemplary interpretations and the subversive scenario, will be available in the ERTFLIX, so that everyone can watch them whenever and from any device they wish. The series will then be broadcast by ERT1. The series is accessible to everyone with an acoustic image description for people with visual disability and the ability to display subtitles for deaf and hearing deaf. Episode 5: ‘Brothers’ Eva’s insistence on returning to her grandfather as soon as he leaves the hospital is of great concern. Stella visits Marina to share the problem with her, but Marina feels very guilty about Eva and the evolution of history and starts drinking. Eve’s concern for attitude also expresses Christina to Manos, seeing that her desire for her grandfather has become an obsession. At the same time, Nicholas, Martha’s brother, leaves the hospital undisturbed and doctors soon find Bogdan dead. Ioannidis runs to hospital and insists on learning the causes of Bogdan’s sudden death, while soon he meets Luke and informs him that he will be brought in. Luke reveals Nicola’s identity and requires police protection. That same night, Luke asks Mano for help and he communicates with Anna, his old friend and lawyer, who grows up alone an adopted girl from Africa. Luke, the next morning, is being taken to Security and there he knows Anna. Eva learns that Christina has taken charge of defending her Romanian grandmother, but also that Marcos had denounced her grandfather and attacked him. At the same time, at the Security offices, Ioannidis tries to learn details of Luke’s past from the Sheriff, whom he asks directly if Eve is the real daughter of Luke’s son, since there are testimonies that Nicholas and his lost brother had sexual relations with Eve’s mother. Episode 6: “The ones you leave behind” Luke is temporarily free and returns on restrictive terms to his estate. There he asks Stelios for a shotgun, because he is now unarmed and afraid that Nicholas will find him. Marina, unaware of Nicola’s fatal visit to the hospital, is frightened by the news of Bogdan’s death, after she had shot him the night of the invasion. She shares her anguish with Peace, her mother, a retired magistrate, who tries to reassure her, although their relationship has been very cold over the years. Mother and daughter come close after a while. Marina, devastated by guilt, feels a little security near Irene, but soon she learns that she has a serious illness and has little time ahead of her. At the same time, Stella tries to reassure Eve, but also restrict her obsession to go to the estate once Nicholas is released. Christina, on the same day, announces to them that she will either take custody of her grandmother or Eve will go into structure. Manos and Stella react and Eve, who eavesdrops on the conversation, attacks Christina. At the same time, Ioannidis goes to the farm for additional testimony, which is evolving into questioning about the past. Luke is cornered, but he does not leave much room. Ioannidis insists on pushing him and shows him a note to the dead Martha, who the police had found in the farmhouse, in which he swore revenge. Luke does not answer and Joannides at the end asks if Eve is his real granddaughter, since Nicholas claims to be her natural father. Episode 7: “The Anger” The possibility of Eva moving to a structure is causing a stir. In social service Stella and Andreas argue with Christos, who believes that the solution of a structure can be salvation, since neither will her grandmother be able to gain custody. At the same time, in Bucharest, Vlad, Eve’s Romanian grandfather, attacks the social services there, who judged him and his wife unfit guardians. Manos and Christina have an intense conflict, since she defends the solution of a structure for Eve and he is in a very difficult position. The same happens between Stella and Andrea, who argue about this possibility. Ioannidis simultaneously conflicts with Joseph, his father, a former police officer who had interrogated Luke after the murder of his wife. Joseph indirectly blames his son for his handling of the case, but the dispute wakes up old family secrets and rivalries. The wind of the conflict also blows between Mark and Sophia. He insists on applying for Eve’s adoption, but Sofia reacts. Nicholas appears with a gun on Stelios’ estate asking to know where his lost brother, who had been accused along with Bogdan of the murder of Martha. Stelios fears for Luke’s life and secretly carries his shotgun to the estate. At Irene’s house, Marina tries to reassure her mother of her health and she proposes a solution to Eva’s problem, which Marina had never imagined. The next morning, Eve will be examined by a child psychiatrist, because she is the last witness to testify about the farm invasion. Eve, however, fails to speak in the exam until Marina appears. Episode 8: “Holy War” The next day, Stella and Marina escort Eva to Security to testify. There, however, Ioannidis will find himself against a different witness. At the same time, Anna goes to the farm to learn details about the past, so that she can support him in the defense. There, for the first time, Luke confesses to having responsibilities for the disappearances of people of the night, after being attacked, but refusing to say where they are all. Anna asks him if she knows about Eve’s ancestry, but Luke ignores blood and considers her a granddaughter. At the same time, Vlad has a heart attack and Elena rushes off to Bucharest. Eva stays in nowhere again. Luke, who cannot take over until the court, asks Anna to make a request to be taken over by Marina. The proposal causes reactions to social service, where Manos, Christina, and Christos, are in a very difficult position, as Stella and Andreas strongly support this solution. Marina meets Mano and tries to convince him. On the same night, Nicholas sneaks into Luke’s farmhouse, stops him and Stelios, and asks to know the fate of his lost brother. The past unfolds among them and while Nicholas threatens him, police men invade and arrest him and his accomplice. In a few months, in court, after the testimony of all witnesses, the judge will read Eva’s testimony and they all listen, for the first time, to what Eve had said months before to John. Luke will be called to apologize and despite the prosecutor’s negative recommendation, asking for his conviction, Anna will try in her plea to influence the jury’s opinion.
