The Deputy Ministry of Development has placed plans for ministerial decisions regarding business parks and the establishment of a registry for inactive industrial buildings under consultation until Monday, March 10, 2025. Specifically, as part of issuing regulatory decisions under law 4982/2022 concerning the establishment, development, management, and operation of business parks, as well as unified regulations for organized reception entities for manufacturing and business activities to boost growth, the following draft joint ministerial decisions have been put up for consultation. These include detailed regulations for expanding and operating an integrated information system for activity permits and controls, creating a registry of inactive industrial buildings, and developing and operating business rehabilitation parks. The consultation, announced via the electronic page of the Ministry of Development, will run until Monday, March 10, at 14:00.
