The Greek investment firm DECA Investments AEDEEE — exclusive manager of the Luxembourg-based Diorama Investments II RAIF, S.C.A. — has completed its sixth investment under the fund, acquiring a 40% stake in Dotsoft Integrated Technology Solutions S.A., a publicly listed Greek IT company.

According to an official announcement, Manos Anastasiou, Dotsoft’s founder, majority shareholder, and Chief Executive Officer, will retain a significant ownership interest and continue to lead the company’s operations.
