Deadline Extended for Public Service Evaluation Survey Until May 31

The deadline for completing the public service evaluation questionnaire has been extended until Saturday, May 31, according to an announcement from the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Due to the increased interest in evaluating public services and to ensure adequate time for better service and facilitation, citizens are now able to complete the questionnaire via the platform until the end of May. It is reminded that all adult individuals registered with the National Communication Registry (NCR) and having a residential address within Greece have access rights to the digital application. This joint initiative, designed and implemented by the Ministries of Internal Affairs and Digital Governance, aims to improve citizen interaction with both central government and local administration services. Simultaneously, through service satisfaction measurement, it seeks to eliminate inefficiencies for a more effective and friendly state.
