According to the documents by June 2009 The Church Central Finance Office has sold over 4 acres of 14 million in a scavenger, not open to public tender. Main argument for direct sale was that the individual had trample the area, which, however, the judgments had been expelled.
Then sold the land back over 15.5 million by owners three offshore companies. The interesting thing is that the offshore companies paid the price with the same requirements as the individual had used to buy the property from the Church.
Noted that when the first information about the transaction and the procedures followed have seen the light of publicity, Archbishop Hieronymus and bishops are members of the Standing Holy Synod, in a gesture of expression of confidence, have given credit to the Church Financial Services for manipulation.
